Religious Plexus – Trapani

The Franciscan Community of Bethany is a reality composed of 10 Italian and international locations that offer hospitality to the faithful seeking sharing, prayer and contemplation. Priority need then is the possibility of providing comfort to the guests, and the meeting and sharing of the principles of efficiency and environmental sustainability led the Franciscan Fraternity of Bethany to choose the TEON solution to upgrade the religious facility in Partanna in the province of Trapani regarding heat and air conditioning generators. A fossil fuel power plant was installed at the site, and there was no cooling of any kind. An Air air-source heat pump, with a thermal output of 200 kW, was installed, capable of delivering heat and cold to properly air-condition the rooms and provide domestic hot water needs. The appreciated effects were lower energy carrier consumption (and bill reduction of approx. 42%) and zero emissions on site.
