A TEON heat pump was installed in a renovated industrial hall divided into an office area, media room, and storage area following its inclusion in the intervention specifications. The heat pump heats and cools the entire volume through a fan coil system and mechanical ventilation. In addition to offices, the facility has a guesthouse with 8 beds and 6 showers used by the society’s teams. As a result, the facility is used at H24x6; during the day by office staff and from late afternoon until very early morning by teams staying in the guesthouse.
