Multi-family villa – Turin

In a large multifamily villa located in the middle of the hills of Turin, two air-water heat pumps were installed to replace a pellet-fired central heating plant. The two TEON heat pumps with a thermal output of 30 kW each were subservient to the production of heating in the winter season and domestic hot water throughout the year. The intervention was carried out without changing the existing system consisting of radiators serving the rooms of the villa. The heat pumps were installed taking advantage of the Conto Termico, which covered nearly 65 percent of the initial investment. The tangible effect coming from the elimination of emissions of the previous on-site pellet boiler was soon appreciated.
